The Data COE serves as the first point of contact for federated Data & AI demands, delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for defining and evolving data and artificial intelligence solution architectures, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, scalability, security, and integration with the company’s technological ecosystem. Engages in strategic projects, modernization initiatives, and end-to-end solution design. * Define service-oriented, microservice, and modular monolith architectures. * Define and maintain the corporate data architecture, considering multicloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises systems. * Apply patterns such as event-driven, hexagonal, DDD, CQRS, and clean architecture. * Design solutions for internal and external Data & AI platforms, focusing on security, versioning, documentation, and reusability. * Design scalable and efficient data pipelines using tools such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and Airflow. * Ensure scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance. * Guarantee integration across heterogeneous sources (SAS, Talend, Alteryx, Teradata, Hadoop). * Integrate multicloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises solutions. * Support squads and partners in strategic projects. * Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps practices applied to data. * Participate in technical and governance forums, contributing best practices. * Lead high-performance, multidisciplinary squads, acting as a key partner in understanding business needs and enabling business strategies through software projects. * Interact with business areas, IT, and vendors to detail programming scopes, address architecture designs, and plan and monitor development, testing, infrastructure, and licensing deliveries. * Ensure implementation plans, configurations, and adherence to defined delivery timelines and schedules for IT solution deployments and/or system changes and/or new system functionalities. * Disseminate knowledge of technologies and programming languages applicable to system development; * Interact with other company areas to identify and resolve system issues and needs through consistent feedback and sharing of best practices with teams and support areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in AI, machine learning, and big data projects. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Desirable certifications: Azure Data Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics, IU Data Security Fabric. Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Knowledge of LGPD, GDPR, and information security practices. Skills in technical documentation, communication with business areas, and technical leadership. Proven experience in data architecture within analytical and operational environments. Experience in projects involving Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data integration tools (SAS, Talend, Alteryx). Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Participation in data migration and legacy platform modernization projects.
