Job Summary: Work as a Mid-Level Software Quality Analyst at a startup, creating and executing automated and manual tests, ensuring quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focusing on continuous improvement and learning Software Quality Analyst (QA) – Mid-Level About the Company We are a startup specializing in composable solutions for the grocery retail industry. Your Responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute automated tests (frontend and backend) Plan and execute functional, exploratory, and regression manual tests Ensure quality assurance throughout the entire development lifecycle Work with tools such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to improving the testing pipeline Collaborate with Product, Development, and UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality deliveries Assist in identifying defects, performing root cause analysis, and suggesting improvements Required Qualifications Solid QA experience (manual and automated) Hands-on experience with automated testing in JavaScript/TypeScript Version control using Git Knowledge of Jest, Cypress, or Playwright Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Experience with REST APIs (testing via Postman, Insomnia, etc.) Experience with E2E automation focused on performance and usability Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Nice-to-Have Experience with E2E automation focused on performance and usability Experience with testing in microservices architectures Experience with event-driven architecture projects (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with mobile testing (React Native) Participation in communities or open-source contributions Behavioral Requirements Attention to detail and focus on quality Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset Proactivity in identifying improvements Ability to align with POs, UX/UI designers, and developers Openness to feedback and continuous learning What We Offer?
