Software Engineer \- Senior Mobile. **About the Challenge** BMP Digital is building **mobile experiences for end users of Whitelabel products**, which serve as the visible layer of our partners’ BaaS services. In this role, you will be the company’s **reference mobile engineer**: the person who defines standards, makes architectural decisions, and ensures the user experience is **fast, reliable, secure, and scalable**. This is a role focused on **technical construction and guidance**, not merely maintenance of existing applications. **Summary of Responsibilities** * Technically lead BMP's **mobile development**, defining application architecture, technology stack, and coding standards; * Develop and maintain **iOS and Android** applications using **React Native or Flutter**, targeting Whitelabel products; * Ensure application **performance, accessibility, and security**, including secure data storage, protected communication, and handling of sensitive data; * Collaborate closely with **Designers and Product Managers**, translating product flows into coherent and intuitive mobile experiences; * Build and maintain integration of mobile applications with BMP’s **BaaS APIs**; * Define, monitor, and evolve **mobile quality metrics**, such as crash rate, ANR, loading time, and app store reputation; * Act as a **technical mentor** for less experienced mobile engineers, elevating the team’s technical level. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in **mobile development**, with production-level work in **React Native or Flutter**; * Practical experience with **app publishing, versioning, and maintenance** on the **App Store and Google Play**; * Proficiency in **mobile authentication and security**, including biometrics, token refresh, deep links, and protections against root/jailbreak; * Strong knowledge of **REST and GraphQL API integration**, including error handling, caching strategies, and offline support; * Ability to **autonomously lead technical decisions**, documenting choices, trade\-offs, and long-term directions. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience with **financial services applications**, such as digital banks, e-wallets, or credit platforms; * Knowledge of **PCI DSS applied to mobile**, including tokenization and secure storage of sensitive data; * Experience with **Whitelabel applications or multi\-tenant architectures in mobile**. **Additional Information** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Avenida Paulista – São Paulo/SP**; * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM**. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Amil Medical and Dental Insurance; * Propay – Well-being and Health Program; * Life Insurance. **Help build the financial infrastructure powering Brazil.** Join BMP!
