Software Engineer \- Senior Frontend (Internal Product) **About the Challenge** BMP Digital’s internal systems — including **operational dashboards, regulatory dashboards, and partner management tools** — are just as critical as customer-facing products. They support daily decision-making for teams across **Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering**. In this role, you will **lead frontend development of internal products**, ensuring complex interfaces enable fast, secure, and reliable decisions. Here, **frontend quality directly impacts company productivity and operational risk**. **Summary of Responsibilities** * Lead frontend development of **BMP’s internal systems**, including monitoring dashboards, operational dashboards, and partner management tools; * Define and evolve the **frontend architecture**, covering componentization, state management, design system, and testing strategy; * Build interfaces that convert **complex data and rules into rapid decisions**, recognizing that poor UX in internal tools incurs real cost; * Collaborate closely with **Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers** to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions; * Ensure **performance, accessibility, and security** of internal web applications; * Serve as the **frontend technical reference**, mentoring more junior engineers and conducting code reviews focused on quality and learning. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in **frontend development with React**, using **TypeScript as standard**; * Experience with **design systems**, scalable componentization, and **automated testing** (e.g., Jest and Testing Library); * Proficiency integrating with **REST APIs**, including authentication, error handling, caching, and loading states; * Strong aesthetic judgment paired with technical discernment: **question poorly resolved flows and wireframes before implementation**; * Ability to **lead frontend technical decisions**, documenting decisions, trade\-offs, and architectural impacts. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with **real-time data**, using WebSocket, SSE, or polling strategies with continuous UI updates; * Knowledge of **analytical dashboards**, data visualization, or embedded BI tools; * Experience with **B2B products**, supporting multiple user profiles and **granular permission models**. **Additional Information** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
