Software Engineer – Backend Mid-Level (BaaS APIs) **About the Challenge** You will build and evolve the **APIs consumed daily by our partners**. This is genuine **B2B product development**, with demanding partners, **meaningful SLAs**, and direct business impact. You will work closely with senior engineers who will **challenge your technical decisions**, support your growth, and share engineering best practices tailored to financial environments—where every architectural choice, contract definition, or integration matters. **Summary of Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain the **BMP BaaS API endpoints**, under the guidance of the Tech Lead; * Implement integrations with internal and external systems; * Write tested, documented, and reviewed code—quality here is non-negotiable; * Participate actively in code reviews: question, learn, and evolve; * Contribute to continuous improvement of technical documentation and API contracts; * Support technical onboarding of partners alongside the senior team. **Technical Requirements** * Practical experience in **backend development**; fluency in **.NET (C\#) with ASP.NET Core**; * Understanding of: REST architecture, authentication and authorization (JWT and/or OAuth), and relational databases; * Proactive profile—identifies technical needs and communicates clearly; * Curiosity about the **financial business** and genuine interest in understanding the product being built. **What We Expect From You** * Clear technical communication with internal teams and partners; * Accountability for contracts, stability, and consumer experience; * Organization and attention to detail; * Openness to feedback and continuous improvement; * Product mindset and awareness of business impact. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with **B2B APIs** or integration platforms; * Basic knowledge of **multi\-tenancy** or data isolation; * Experience in **fintech, digital banking, or payment companies**. **What This Role Is NOT** * A junior-level position; * An environment with low technical rigor; * Focused solely on rapid delivery without operational accountability. **Additional Information** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
