Collaborate in delivering high-quality solutions. **Description** Work with the Data and DevOps team within the Engineering division of Products and Cross Solutions, architecting, building, and maintaining internal tools for use by the development team. The Software Development Specialist will be responsible for creating solutions that enhance speed and autonomy in the ERP software development process within the segment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Architect, build, and maintain internal tools for the development team. Create solutions that optimize speed and autonomy in the software development process. Collaborate with the Data and DevOps team to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Support internal dissemination of software development best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Kubernetes. Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages—preferably Java. Solid understanding of software architecture and software engineering, including: Clean Code; SOLID principles; Distributed architecture; System integration patterns; DevOps. Strong proficiency in containerized software (Docker, Containerd). Strong knowledge of distributed software architecture (messaging systems, RabbitMQ, etc). Behavioral Competencies: Proactive and analytical mindset; ability to work with minimal supervision and handle complex problems.
