Additionally, this role requires technical and conceptual support to teams, direct interaction with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders—demanding resilience, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex problems. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain high-performance **backend systems** in **Golang** and **Python**. * Define and implement **scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures**, aligned with industry best practices. * Collaborate with data and business teams to investigate issues and opportunities in LNO integration services. * Build dashboards and visualizations for evaluating performance metrics. * Support teams in technical agendas with LNO’s strategic partners. * Serve as a **technical reference** within the organization, defining coding standards and innovative solutions for major challenges. * Resolve critical, highly complex problems, influencing the global strategy for incident prevention and response. * Define **observability strategies** and ensure systems are effectively monitored, transforming data into strategic decisions. **Qualifications** * Experience with Go and Python; * Solid experience with cloud services; * Knowledge of messaging services; * Solid knowledge of observability; * In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture. **Additional Information** This is an affirmative action position for women, part of our commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace.
