This leadership role will operate within an agile context, with a strong focus on system integration, technical excellence, and continuous value delivery. **Responsibilities** * Lead agile squads using the build-run model, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and technical excellence. * Support the team in technical story refinement, ensuring clarity and feasibility of proposed solutions. * Serve as a technical reference in solution design, microservices architecture, and best development practices. * Ensure delivery quality by promoting a culture of testing, observability, and security. * Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and architecture teams, fostering strategic alignment. * Act as a mentor, supporting software engineers’ development and driving continuous improvement. * Participate in defining and tracking technical and operational OKRs for the team. * Promote best practices in system integration, including APIs, events, queues, and information security. **Qualifications** * Previous experience as a technical leader or engineering coordinator. * Solid experience managing development teams in distributed and high-complexity environments. * In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration. * Proficiency with AWS services and DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and systemic vision. * Ability to turn technical challenges into scalable and sustainable solutions. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you might imagine.
