This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and evolve features in Android applications using Kotlin; * Enhance app architecture using modularization and reusable components; * Collaborate effectively within a team using agile methodologies; * Propose and implement continuous technical improvements and modernizations; * Mentor developers and conduct code reviews; * Participate in architectural decisions and strategic technical definitions; * Ensure quality through automated testing, static analysis, and quality gates in CI/CD. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** -------------- * Advanced Kotlin (Coroutines/Flow) and expertise in Jetpack (Compose, Navigation, WorkManager, Room/DataStore); * Advanced knowledge of Android Architecture (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture); * Solid understanding of OOP, HTTP/REST, API consumption, and data management (local and remote); * Experience with testing (JUnit, MockK, Espresso, Compose Testing) and quality gates; * Familiarity with mobile security best practices (Keystore, obfuscation) and privacy; * Solid knowledge of the Google Play Store publishing process (signing, tracks, release notes); * Experience using and implementing Firebase and Google APIs; * Advanced Gradle usage and dependency management in modularized projects; * Advanced knowledge of observability (Crashlytics, Analytics, APM). **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) and/or Compose Multiplatform; * Knowledge of offline-first strategies and performance optimization (startup time, ANR, crash-free rate); * Experience integrating camera and ML capabilities (CameraX/ML Kit). **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Company Car * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension Plan * Remote Work Allowance * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses from our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchases and rentals **Experience being Localiza\&Co and help us build the future of mobility!** We are one of the **largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms in the world**, bringing together diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
