




Job Summary: Plan, implement, and evaluate Social Work activities to promote rights, address vulnerabilities, and strengthen users' autonomy, in accordance with ethical principles and institutional methodology. Conduct studies and expert opinions, and coordinate with the socio-assistance network. Plan, implement, and evaluate technical Social Work activities to ensure rights, address social vulnerabilities, and strengthen users' autonomy, in alignment with the profession's ethical-political principles and institutional methodology. * Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate technical Social Work activities in accordance with institutional methodology and the profession's ethical-political principles. * Provide social assistance to individuals, families, and groups through qualified listening, welcoming, social guidance, and technical follow-up. * Conduct social studies, reports, expert opinions, technical records, follow-up plans, and other instruments specific to Social Work. * Identify needs, vulnerabilities, social risks, and situations of rights violations, proposing appropriate intervention strategies and referrals. * Implement actions aimed at ensuring rights, strengthening autonomy, facilitating access to the social protection network, and expanding users' social participation. * Conduct home visits, interviews, and individual or family counseling, as required for technical follow-up. * Guide users and their families on accessing services, programs, projects, socio-assistance benefits, income transfer schemes, and other public policies. * Coordinate referrals with the socio-assistance network, intersectoral networks, and the rights protection system, monitoring outcomes whenever necessary. * Participate in the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of institutional activities, projects, and workflows. * Implement socio-educational actions that contribute to strengthening family and community ties and overcoming situations of social vulnerability. * Perform reception and user assistance duties, contributing to a welcoming, ethical, and respectful environment. * Ensure qualified documentation of information, preserving professional confidentiality and users' privacy. * Contribute to social mobilization processes, citizen participation, and users' access to training, professional qualification, and productive inclusion opportunities. * Participate in technical meetings, case studies, and interdisciplinary discussions, preserving Social Work's professional specificity. * Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate plans, programs, and projects in the field of Social Work, in accordance with the profession's legal responsibilities.
