Key job responsibilities * Supervise preparation and execution of the loading process, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and managing exceptions to minimize delays * Coordinate the loading process for Flex and Hub operations * Conduct prior-day review analysis, leading operational team calls and developing action plans for continuous improvement * Perform Gemba walks at loadout and on\-road monitoring to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions * Optimize and manage On the Road operational performance metrics * Monitor and improve on\-road quality metrics * Manage and reduce delivery failures, including RTS (Return to Station), BC (Business Closed), UTA (Unable to Access), and UTL (Unable to Locate) * Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to other Operations departments as needed **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field * Experience in operations management * Experience in people management * Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyze data * Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience in e\-commerce * Experience in project or program management * Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
