Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams Description: We are seeking a Technical Leader with solid experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data Intelligence projects to provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary squads. This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality of technical deliverables, developing solutions, and contributing to project and client governance. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Implement, deploy, and support AI-based and process automation solutions; * Ensure the quality of design and delivery of AI-powered solutions; * Identify opportunities for AI adoption to optimize services and operational routines for clients; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, and operations) in defining requirements and delivering projects; * Ensure integration of AI tools with corporate systems and other tools; * Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, performing continuous adjustments and improvements; * Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for deliverables; * Support the dissemination of AI-related knowledge within the organization. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Professional courses (AI); * Professional courses (Protheus); * Knowledge and experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP (Framework and ADVPL); * Proven experience in corporate software/systems development; * Solid knowledge of tools/platforms (Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM, GPT, or Gemini); * Solid knowledge of databases; * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and ADVPL; * Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision concepts, where applicable; * Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) applied to AI pipelines — desirable; * Familiarity with cloud tools and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience with API architecture, microservices, and integration with diverse systems. 2511060202271851887
