You could join as a Senior Work Safety Engineer. In this position, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia - São Luís/MA unit.** Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting and approving standards, specifications, technical guidelines, and accident prevention programs related to occupational health (PGR, PCMAT, PCA, others). * Analyzing, conducting tests, and specifying collective and personal protective equipment. * Auditing manufacturers and suppliers of protective equipment. * Monitoring field activities, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with collective and individual protection standards. * Preparing, standardizing, and evaluating work safety and social security technical documentation. * Developing topics and delivering workplace lectures and training on loss prevention (personal and material). * Inspecting, assessing, performing expert evaluations, arbitrating, issuing technical opinions, and recommending control measures. * Participating in drafting terms of reference, technical specifications, and descriptive memorandums. * Providing technical support to business units regarding work safety and social security requirements. * Assisting various management levels in studying and deliberating matters related to operational safety. * Advising and guiding the business units' safety teams. * Creating, disseminating, and updating procedures, standards, manuals, guidelines, and safety catalogs. * Proposing and monitoring proactive and reactive safety indicators, comparing them with internal and external group benchmarks of excellence. * Assisting in the analysis process of accident event trends, proposing blocking actions and disseminating findings.
