You’ll be responsible for creating intuitive and consistent digital experiences, translating business needs into user-centered solutions. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of user experience and visual consistency across digital products. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing navigation flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes; * Developing visual interfaces (UI) aligned with usability and design best practices; * Collaborating with product and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions; * Participating in discovery and requirement definition, contributing a user-experience perspective; * Supporting the creation and evolution of design systems; * Validating solutions with users and stakeholders, proposing continuous improvements; * Ensuring visual consistency and adherence to product identity. **What you need:** * Experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital projects; * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar; * Knowledge of user-centered design (UX) and usability best practices; * Experience creating interactive prototypes; **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or discovery processes; * Experience conducting usability testing; * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or close collaboration with frontend teams; * Experience with complex digital products (e.g., fintechs or enterprise systems); * Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
