Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams We are seeking a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join the engineering team of one of our Health clients — one of the largest health benefits platforms in Brazil and Mexico, providing access to over 29,000 gyms and operating in more than 2,500 cities across both countries. This company boasts a strong technical culture, extremely low turnover, and deep appreciation for its internal teams. We seek professionals who are curious, proactive, and business-impact oriented — proficient in Flutter, yet genuinely open to navigating other technologies within the ecosystem (TypeScript and Ruby), with end-to-end product understanding. You will enjoy high autonomy, enabling professional growth in an environment where quality is the direct responsibility of the developer — without separate QA teams: developers build, test, guarantee, and maintain. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do** * Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services in TypeScript * Integrate with internal and external systems (e.g., ERP, partners, gateways, third-party platforms) * Participate in technical solution design, balancing scalability, simplicity, and business impact * Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and behavioral) * Work with messaging and asynchronous processing * Actively participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical discussions * Monitor production services, perform troubleshooting, ensure observability, and drive continuous improvement * Collaborate closely with Ruby (core) and Flutter (mobile) teams to ensure contract and workflow consistency **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek (Technical Requirements)** * Solid experience as a Senior Backend or Full Stack Engineer with focus on TypeScript * Strong proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript * Consistent experience developing REST APIs * Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) * Experience with Git/GitHub * Strong knowledge of backend automated testing * Experience with cloud environments (AWS) **Technical Differentiators** * Microservices architecture * Messaging systems (AWS SQS/SNS or similar) * Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with Redis, Athena, DynamoDB * CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD) * Experience integrating services written in other languages (especially Ruby) * Spanish (not mandatory) **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery * Technical curiosity and systemic thinking * Ability to understand and challenge business rules * Proactivity in identifying technical and functional improvements * Clear communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **Additional Information** **Work Model** * Remote work. * CLT employment model. * International interactions only via written communication. * Fluency in other languages is not required but is considered a plus. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
