This could be your next step to grow and develop your career. **In this role, you will:** * Define and evolve the strategic vision for the Trade Finance product, aligning customer needs, business units, and corporate guidelines. * Build and maintain medium- and long-term roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on financial, operational, and customer experience impact. * Act as an orchestrator across departments (Products, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Technology), ensuring alignment and coherence in decision-making. * Identify growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation opportunities within the Trade portfolio (imports, exports, guarantees, financing, etc.). * Define and monitor strategic KPIs, evaluating the real impact of deliverables (revenue, efficiency, risk, adoption, customer experience). * Make prioritization and trade-off decisions based on data, impact, and strategic alignment. * Ensure dependency management across squads/tribes, preventing bottlenecks and misalignment. * Serve as the accountable party for change management, ensuring impacted areas are prepared and aligned. * Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure strategy translates into consistent execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or equivalent role, working on complex products. * Solid knowledge of the Trade Finance market, including import and export operations. * Experience with Trade Finance financial products (e.g., letters of credit, documentary collections, guarantees, financing) or alternatively foreign exchange or credit/lending products. * Ability to define and manage strategic roadmaps, prioritizing based on impact and data. * Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments (business, operations, finance, technology). * Strong data and metrics orientation, with evidence-based decision-making capability. * Experience in agile or product-oriented environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary squads. * Understanding of business-technology interactions, including technical limitations, integrations, and dependencies. * Excellent communication, influence, and conflict management skills, without formal direct authority. * Customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying pain points, opportunities, and impact across the customer journey. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in multinational financial institutions or highly regulated environments. * Knowledge of Trade Finance regulations (e.g., UCP 600, ISBP, or equivalent practices). * Experience with digital Trade Finance products or channel transformation in Trade Finance. * Familiarity with foreign exchange operations and their integration with Trade Finance products. * Experience in financial product analysis (profitability, costs, pricing). * Knowledge of financial system architecture, integrations (e.g., SWIFT), or core banking. * Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams/squads. * Experience in organizational transformation environments. * Advanced English. * Advanced Spanish. **You’ll resonate with us if you embody:** **T**hink Customer – Put the customer first **E**mbrace Change – Drive change **A**ct Now – Act swiftly **M**ove Together – Collaborate as a team **S**peak Up – Speak openly **\# BENEFITS** Variable Compensation (PLR \+ PPRS); Medical and Dental Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance; Supplementary Pension; Life Insurance; Childcare/Babysitter Allowance; Gympass or Totalpass; Transportation Voucher; Nascer Program; Be Healthy – Program encouraging healthy habits; PAPE – Specialized Personal Support Program So?
