Conducting tax studies and monitoring tax legislation **Job Description:** We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our tax department, focusing on supporting the management of departmental routines and fulfillment of tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation and established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** Fiscal parameterization in the system, creating rules for billing and tax operations; Verification and validation of incoming invoices; Calculation and closing of taxes for group companies; Submission of ancillary obligations (GIA, GIA-ST, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, among others); Generation of payment slips and forwarding them to the finance department; Handling tax audits and providing support for requests from competent authorities; Conducting tax studies to optimize tax classification of operations; Ongoing monitoring of updates to tax legislation. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or Law (postgraduate degree is a plus); Minimum 5 years of experience in the tax area; Experience with companies under Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes; Knowledge of ancillary obligations and Tax Substitution; Experience with accounting systems (a plus: proficiency); Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Desired Competencies:** Professional ethics and responsibility; Organization, planning, and attention to detail; Proactivity and analytical thinking; Systemic and strategic vision; Teamwork capability and interpersonal skills.
