




Job Summary: Professional responsible for calculating and filing direct and indirect taxes, performing tax accounting, responding to tax audits, and interpreting and applying tax legislation. Prepare ancillary tax obligations and support audits Handle the calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes; perform tax accounting; respond to tax audits; participate in analyzing the company’s tax procedures; interpret and apply current tax legislation in alignment with business operations; prepare monthly ancillary obligations (REST, DMS, DCTF, EFD PIS/COFINS, DIRF, DIMOB, SINTEGRA, ECD and ECF, SPED ICMS, issuance of Negative Tax Debt Certificates [CNDs], ICMS calculation with reduced tax base and exemptions, GIAM, DIF, FUNEBOM, use of Sicalc); support audits. Routine tasks include company and branch registrations. Tax subsidies and tax incentives. Tax calculation under quarterly real profit, estimated profit, or balance sheet reduction and suspension regimes, as well as presumed profit regime. Knowledge of input and output invoices, calculation of withheld federal taxes, and generation of DARFs for tax payments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate municipal and federal own taxes monthly by assessing period revenues and entering data into the calculation spreadsheet to ensure amounts calculated are genuinely due by the organization; * Calculate withheld taxes monthly by analyzing invoices and system-generated reports to ensure proper withholding and remittance to relevant authorities; * Issue monthly Negative Tax Debt Certificates (CNDs) for federal and municipal taxes via government agency websites or formal requests to ensure companies have no outstanding tax debts; * Respond to external audits and tax inspections by providing documents and information, ensuring high-quality execution within established deadlines whenever required; * Prepare declarations\-ancillary obligations monthly using specific software provided by government agencies to ensure compliance with tax regulations; * Update company registration data with municipal governments or the Federal Revenue Service via official websites whenever necessary to avoid legal sanctions and maintain updated records; * Execute municipal and state registration processes upon request via email or in person at respective municipal governments, including document submission, to support corporate regularization whenever required; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Knowledge of tax closing procedures * Solid understanding of tax concepts and tax planning operations * Familiarity with tax incentives * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with SIAGRI ERP system * Knowledge of ERP systems and system integration * Familiarity with tax regulations and legislation * Skills in calculating own and withheld taxes * Knowledge of preparing declarations \- ancillary obligations **Additional Information** At BR Agro, our motivation stems from our purpose: contributing to a more prosperous world by standing side-by-side with farmers—the people who make agriculture happen every day.
