Technical leadership capability and team guidance Position: Senior Tax Analyst \| Tax Advisor We are looking for a senior tax professional with solid experience in accounting firms, technical autonomy, and leadership ability, to undertake strategic tax department responsibilities serving companies across diverse sectors. Main Responsibilities * Independently operate the Domínio system, executing full tax routines; * Calculate and review taxes for companies under multiple tax regimes; * Ensure timely and accurate submission of ancillary obligations; * Conduct tax analysis and interpret tax legislation; * Serve as the technical reference for the tax team, supporting team development; * Provide consultative services to clients; * Ensure technical quality, legal compliance, and deadline adherence. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid experience in accounting firms; * Proficiency in tax routines: * Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes; * ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, and withholding taxes; * Ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, REINF, among others); * Advanced experience with the Domínio system; * Technical leadership capability and team guidance; * Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree in Taxation or related fields; * Consultative profile and strategic tax vision; * Experience managing a client portfolio.
