If you identify with our business, explore our career opportunities. **Job Description** MSX is seeking professionals to implement and manage post-sales systems, ensuring compliance with OEM standards, operational efficiency, and support for dealerships. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or related fields. If you wish to join an innovative, results-driven team, this may be your opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Implementing post-sales systems, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and adherence to deadlines. * Developing and delivering training programs for dealership teams to ensure proper system usage. * Monitoring systems and providing technical and operational support to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Tracking and reporting KPIs related to system utilization and compliance. * Creating application and user manuals for new systems. * Preparing executive presentations for management on relevant topics. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Prior experience implementing systems, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) * Workload: 40 hours per week; * Location: São Paulo/SP – Hybrid format **What We Offer** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions.
