Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself, helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work on automation projects, performing technical analyses, defining requirements, designing solutions, and implementing continuous improvements in corporate processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability. * Contribute to developing innovative solutions leveraging RPA, chatbots, AI agents, while supporting technological architecture evolution and promoting software engineering best practices. * Develop automation workflows, system integrations, optimization scripts, and components supporting business operations, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with enterprise needs. * Monitor production automation performance, tracking KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and ensuring solution stability. * Guide user and technical teams on proper use of automation solutions, providing conceptual, technical, and functional support, as well as conducting training sessions and clarification meetings. * Resolve incidents and issues related to automations and integrations, performing root cause analysis and implementing definitive fixes to ensure operational continuity. * Assist in identifying automation and digital transformation opportunities, participating in business-area meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions that increase productivity and reduce risk. * Support technical documentation, functional testing, solution validation, and automation process governance, ensuring traceability, compliance, and alignment with internal standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience automating processes using tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, or Python scripting for integration, data processing, and process orchestration. Systems analysis and business requirement gathering experience. * Knowledge of building, maintaining, and monitoring automated workflows in corporate environments. System integration via REST APIs, connectors, and cloud services. * Familiarity with monitoring and observability (Dashboards, Power BI), fundamentals of automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. * Soft Skills: Analytical reasoning and problem-solving focus; strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions; organization, sense of priority, and autonomy; proactivity in identifying automation opportunities; collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork; adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies. **It’s a** ***plus*** **if you have:** * Experience developing AI models, working in large-scale corporate environments, ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP), or integrating with legacy systems. * Knowledge of data analysis with Power BI and event-driven architectures **Additional Information** At Neogrid, we care about people.
