Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself, helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work on ERP/CRM Microsoft Dynamics projects and support, performing functional analysis, requirements gathering, understanding of business processes, and designing solutions aligned with the system. * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Dynamics environment, supporting process improvements, module optimization, and implementation of best practices for system usage. * Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, solution validations, and acceptance testing. When necessary, support the technical team in developing customizations, integrations, and extensions for Dynamics. * Monitor incidents, requests, and project demands related to the system, tracking all stages until resolution. Also monitor environment updates, deployments, builds, automated routines, and performance of key processes. * Guide key users and internal teams on functionalities, process changes, best practices for usage, and operation of Dynamics routines. * Resolve system-related issues and incidents, identifying root causes, analyzing logs, reproducing scenarios, and proposing corrections aligned with business rules and standard system behavior. * Assist business areas in defining requirements, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities within Dynamics, ensuring alignment between needs and platform capabilities. * Support integrations with other systems, deployment management, monitoring of batch jobs, homologation routines, tests, and functional validations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics CRM ERP (functional configuration, parameterization, and support). Incident analysis and resolution (triage, scenario reproduction, log analysis, and root cause identification). * Knowledge of Brazil localization for D365 (e.g., NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, SPED, taxes, CFOP, ICMS/IPI/ISS). Reporting and fiscal/financial models. * Familiarity with X++ and extensions (for code reading and technical team support when needed). * Soft Skills: Analytical reasoning and end-to-end process vision; clear communication with technical teams and business areas; organization and sense of priority, with autonomy and attention to deadlines; proactivity in suggesting improvements and standardizations; collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and adaptability in dynamic environments. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with integrations using APIs from the Microsoft ecosystem.
