




Senior Supply Services Analyst (Procurement and contract management) **Join the CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** Where you will work: Indaiatuba/SP Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Supre – A company of the CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, economics, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree in procurement or related areas is desirable; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; Intermediate English proficiency required; Previous experience in procurement of Electrical, Infrastructure, and Construction services required; Previous experience in high-value negotiations required; Knowledge of storable materials; Experience with Strategic Sourcing; Valid CNH B driver's license and availability for travel; Experience in contract management and material procurement; Knowledge of SAP system, MM module, and preferably Coupa; Experience in negotiations and direct customer interaction; Experience with procurement performance indicators. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Perform controls, analyses, and negotiations related to material acquisitions aimed at improving cost-benefit ratio, as well as applying best practices aligned with business needs. Receive high-complexity purchase requests, establishing and prioritizing actions to keep internal customers informed about all stages of the procurement process. Request supplier quotations, mediating the alignment of technical and operational requirements of high complexity, ensuring compliance with all requirements specified in purchase requests. Conduct high-complexity negotiations with national and international suppliers, aiming to meet quality standards and achieve optimal cost-benefit outcomes. Formalize high-complexity procurement processes according to internal company procedures, ensuring compliance with all negotiated contractual clauses. Monitor management activities of the high-complexity material portfolio with suppliers, verifying alignment of their actions with contractual terms as well as internal company norms and procedures. Seek new negotiation opportunities by visiting and receiving suppliers, in order to understand processes and new technologies related to products and services used by the company.
