With deep technical expertise and a consultative approach, it is a reference for high-value, strategically impactful projects for leading companies in Brazil and abroad. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and execute Supply Chain diagnostic and implementation projects, such as: Logistics and tax network design, Planning (S\&OP, assortment, demand, etc.), operational optimizations, layout design, automation, PPCP, Governance, transformation, PMO, among others; * Interface with clients (presentations, technical visits, meetings at various organizational levels, etc.) * Data collection, modeling, and solution presentation; * Development of project materials and tools, as well as institutional materials for Andersen; * Authoring of technical articles for specialized journals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering or Administration; * Advanced English; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; * Prior experience in Supply Chain strategic projects or roles; * Advanced Excel and structured PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Planning (S\&OP cycle); * Knowledge of Logistics Operations; * Execution of process mapping and identification of operational bottlenecks; * Experience with material handling and inventory control; * Identification of inefficiencies and waste, with focus on productivity gains and cost reduction; * Structuring of KPIs and management models for data-driven decision-making; * Basic financial knowledge (IRR, NPV, Payback, cash flow, income statement, Capex, Opex) **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools * Optimization or simulation tools (Supply Chain Guru, Cosmic Frog) * Operations Research * SQL / VBA * Canva for presentations * Python programming language * Power BI programming **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Porto Seguro Health Plan; * Life Insurance; * Flash Card. *Matched?
