Job Summary: Data Analyst to perform exploratory and predictive analyses, process automation, dashboard creation, and anti-fraud rule implementation, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and NoSQL. * Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI. * Practical knowledge of programming languages, with emphasis on Python for automation and advanced analytics. * Knowledge of statistical techniques. * Experience diagnosing issues and generating insights through data analysis. * Familiarity with payroll-deductible credit products, such as FGTS, INSS, and SIAPE. * Familiarity with digital onboarding processes and modus operandi of financial fraud. * Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses using SQL and Python, structuring data flows to support strategic decisions. * Extract and process data to build KPIs, monitoring reports, and management reports. * Support process automation and develop scripts to continuously improve operations. * Create and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking metrics and departmental performance. * Analyze documentation and structure databases to support investigations and preventive actions. * Implement, administer, and monitor anti-fraud rules, adjusting them according to identified patterns. * Strategically collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, actively contributing to product evolution and continuous improvement. 251206020219914154
