Technical Profile **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 6 years of experience developing web applications using Java and associated frameworks. **Essential Skills:** * Java (latest versions) * Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate * Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API integration * Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle * Agile Methodologies: Scrum or Kanban * Version Control: Git, GitHub, or GitLab Behavioral Profile * Ability to lead and provide technical guidance to junior teams * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Technical Notes * Banking sector experience: development of internet banking, mobile banking, and banking APIs * CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar * Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium * Security: Basic knowledge of OWASP, cryptography, and web application security
