As a **Senior Software Architect - AI Focus**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Initially hybrid position in Brasília/DF (2 days per week).** **Responsibilities and duties** In your daily work, we expect you to lead the following processes: * Lead the design of **AI solution architectures** integrated with legacy corporate systems; * Map and prioritize **AI use cases** that deliver real efficiency gains and value; * Design and oversee the implementation of data pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment into production; * Work with multidisciplinary teams (business, data, development) to ensure delivery of complete solutions; * Ensure quality, security, and governance standards for models; * Guide technical teams on applied AI practices and ethical data usage; * Support the development of **strategic POCs** and their evolution into production-ready solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** **What is required for our perfect match:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; * 8+ years of experience in software architecture and/or AI engineering; * Proven experience with **Machine Learning, NLP, or generative AI**; * Proficiency in **Python**, **API integration**, and **data pipelines**; * Advanced knowledge of **Oracle databases** and integration with corporate systems; * Experience with **model deployment in production** (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc.); * Experience in **large-scale corporate projects**. **Desirable:** * Experience with **corporate LLMs**, **RAG**, and **internal copilots**; * Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, Azure); * Certifications in AI, Cloud, or Software Architecture; * Experience with **federal public agencies**. **Additional information** Infrastructure allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
