A specialist in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization**, responsible for designing, developing, and operating communication journeys and multichannel automations, collaborating with Martech teams in an agile environment. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Building and maintaining journeys in **Journey Builder** * Developing automations in **Automation Studio** * Creating and maintaining **Data Extensions** * Integrations via **Marketing Cloud APIs** * Configuration and administration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform * Supporting enablement and management of channels such as **WhatsApp** * Configuring and using the **Event Notification Service** * Assisting with Salesforce Connector integrations and mobile SDKs (Push Notification) **Essential Qualifications:** * Building and maintaining journeys in **Journey Builder** * Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions * Experience with integrations, APIs, and Triggered Sends * Knowledge of platform administration and account configuration * Experience working in agile environments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **Salesforce Personalization** * Experience with SFMC mobile SDK * Experience in large-scale data and communication projects Our mission is to help companies unlock the full potential of Data and Digital to enhance performance, drive transformation, and generate new levers for growth and competitiveness.
