Technical and business support to the team, seeking continuous improvement **Senior Salesforce Developer** We are seeking a **Senior Salesforce Developer** to empower people and businesses through innovation, with attitude, initiative, and a focus on making things happen. **Your impact in this role:** Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products; Map and define dependencies among technical teams for building your team's solutions; Support the team with technical and business knowledge to execute their activities; Propose and analyze consequences of parameters and modules to be configured in company systems; Map current process and system states together with business area key stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement; Validate medium-complexity requirements before delivery; Analyze requests and adjustments from external vendors and relay them to the development team; Support gathering business and software requirements from internal and external users, translating them into systemic solutions; Support drafting documentation for business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories **Tech Stack:** Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem; Experience implementing Salesforce in Service and Sales clouds; Named credentials, external services; Lightning pages, record page layouts; Objects, fields, roles, profiles, sharing; Automations and processes (Flows, approval processes); REST integrations (HTTP), RestResource; Asynchronous processing (future methods, Queueables, Batches, Schedules); APEX; LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript; Scratch orgs; GIT, GitLab; conflict resolution during merges; Knowledge and application of clean code, design patterns, and best practices * **Nice-to-have:** Data Cloud Agentforce Einstein Bots **Benefits:** Remote work allowance Flash card Access to South Academy courses and certifications Financial education program **About South:** You will join a collaborative team with autonomy and a focus on continuous improvement, working on projects with real business impact, where turning ideas into deliverables is part of everyday life.
