Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced developer to work in an agile environment focused on backend, microservices, clean architecture, and AWS technologies, contributing to development, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an agile environment with a focus on backend and microservices 2. Development in Ruby and Java, building CI/CD pipelines 3. Mentoring and influencing developers while exploring new technologies Description: * Experience working in an agile development environment; * Familiarity with GIT; * Backend development experience; * Experience developing tests (Note: TDD experience is desirable); * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of microservice architecture; * Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture; * Solid knowledge of AWS, service orchestration using Docker, and infrastructure as code; * Knowledge of Terraform & CI/CD. Bonus Qualifications: * Experience with Ruby on Rails and Java with Spring Boot; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture (desirable); * Knowledge of Clean Code (desirable); * Knowledge of Kafka (desirable); * Knowledge of RabbitMQ (desirable). * Developing new system features in Ruby and Java, and occasionally in other technologies; * Building CI/CD deployment pipelines using Terraform and Bitbucket; * Reviewing PRs from squad colleagues; * Mentoring and influencing less experienced developers; * Researching, learning, implementing, and introducing new technologies and architectures to the team; * Assisting in defining new architectures; * Updating and monitoring the production environment; * Responding to production incidents at any time; * Conducting post-mortems and addressing root causes of production issues. 2511190202461817313
