We are driven by technology, community, and real impact—and we believe quality is not a final step but an integral part of the process from the very beginning. **About the Team** Within the Engineering team, the QA professional will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end product delivery quality, performing manual and automated testing (Web, API, and performance), investigating incidents with observability support, and strengthening the QA process within the development workflow. **What We Expect From You:** * Plan, write, and maintain test cases, evidence, and QA traceability in Linear. * Execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests on new features. * Investigate bugs and incidents using SQL, Kibana (logs), and Grafana (metrics/dashboards). * Work with CI/CD in Azure DevOps, monitoring and maintaining test pipelines. * Develop and maintain automations: * Web automation with Robot Framework \+ Browser (Playwright) * API automation with Robot Framework * Performance testing with k6 * Support the evolution of the quality process (acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD, test strategy, and regression prevention). * Contribute to a culture of continuous quality and an AI-First mindset. **Requirements to Assume This Role:** * Practical experience with manual testing (functional, regression, and exploratory). * Solid hands-on experience with Web automation using Robot Framework \+ Browser (Playwright). * Experience with API testing (status codes, payloads, contracts, authentication, positive/negative scenarios). * Experience with troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and data analysis. * Experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps. **Hard Skills:** * Strong foundation in SQL for data validation and inconsistency investigation. * Experience with Kibana (logs) and Grafana (metrics/dashboards). * Automation experience with Robot Framework (Web and API) and k6 (performance). * Knowledge of pipelines, artifacts, and automated execution in Azure DevOps. * Ability to document bugs clearly (reproduction steps, evidence, impact, and hypothesis). * Ability to use AI tools for automation and productivity enhancement **Soft Skills:** * Investigative mindset—enjoys root cause analysis using data. * Organized approach to maintain a traceable and structured QA backlog. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on risk and quality discussions. * Autonomy, ownership mindset, and accountability in lean teams. * Continuous improvement orientation. * AI-First mindset **✨ What Else We Value:** Our positions are open to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability.
