Requirements: We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to manage technology projects involving system development, infrastructure deployment, legacy system integration, API implementations, cloud-based solutions, microservices, regulatory projects, and projects for developing new digital products and services. This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing technology projects, working with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments under hybrid governance (agile and traditional), applied according to project type. Key Responsibilities: * Plan: Understand project scope, define schedules, resources, and budget. * Execute: Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines. * Control: Manage risks, identify issues, take corrective actions, and monitor project performance indicators. * Communicate: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, communicate decisions and outcomes, and manage expectations. * Lead: Motivate and engage the team, resolve conflicts, make strategic decisions, and ensure alignment between the project and corporate objectives. * Manage Resources: Allocate human, financial, and material resources efficiently to optimize resource utilization and ensure usage within project scope. * Manage Changes: Assess and implement changes to project scope, schedule, or budget as needed, ensuring effective change management. Responsibilities: * Manage the full project lifecycle; * Plan, coordinate, and track deliveries using Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, based on project type. * Lead multidisciplinary squads and serve as a bridge between technical and business areas. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, budget, and quality. * Manage budgets by tracking and reporting cost evolution. * Handle risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and communications. * Manage corporate projects at national or multinational levels, with attention to multicultural needs and time zone differences. * Support strategic initiatives involving innovation, connectivity, legacy system integration, and regulatory compliance. * Conduct executive status meetings, reporting progress and results to senior leadership. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale technology projects. * Experience with Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. * Prior experience in projects involving system development, infrastructure, cloud, APIs, and microservices. * Fluent English (verbal and written communication). * Intermediate Spanish for conversation. Required Certifications: PMP, PM3, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, OKR Champion, or equivalent.
