The Project Coordinator will be responsible for executive and technical leadership of the cycle, guiding the project from inception to completion. **About the Project:** Impact Hub Brazil will support the execution and technical operationalization of a national, customized open innovation cycle to accelerate and scale the Alimenta Cidades Strategy — an initiative aiming to support up to 1,000 municipalities in producing, accessing, and consuming adequate and healthy food, with focus on urban peripheries and vulnerable populations, in partnership with the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family, and Hunger Alleviation (MDS), the National School of Public Administration (Enap), and others. The cycle includes: * Automated municipal diagnostics; * Workshops by territorial cluster; * Development and launch of a national open innovation call; * Evaluation and selection of solutions; * Acceleration with immersion in public policy; * Horizontal mentoring among municipalities; * Ranking and incentive system; * Recognition and dissemination of results. * The process employs methodologies such as Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Theory U, and established open innovation practices from Enap’s Desafios Platform. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Cycle Planning and Management: * Develop Work Plan, stakeholder map, and timeline. * Monitor milestones, deadlines, and dependencies. * Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical outputs. 2. Coordination: * Coordinate communication, self-assessment, clustering, and workshops. * Lead workshops, research, and challenge definition. * Supervise briefing, evaluation criteria, legal framework, and schedule. * Implement engagement and solver attraction plan. * Organize evaluation panels, assessment tools, selection process, and results. * Ensure implementation of modules, mentoring, and MVP evaluation. * Select mentor cities and coordinate knowledge exchange rituals. * Organize demo day, awards, and outreach. * Consolidate learnings and monitoring plan. 3. Team Leadership * Coordinate communication, facilitators, specialists, and consultants. * Manage routines, deliverables, meetings, and responsibilities. * Foster a collaborative environment and maintain execution pace. 4. Institutional Engagement * Conduct meetings with MDS, Enap, and partners. * Deliver presentations, alignments, and progress and challenge reports. 5. Tools and Process Management * Track activities in Notion, Asana, and Gantt charts. * Ensure documentation and organization of inputs and deliverables. * Lead development of indicator dashboards. 6. Communication and Narrative * Support reports, presentations, and strategic materials. * Ensure clear and aligned communication among stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Experience managing medium- or large-scale projects. * Experience in social innovation, public policy, open innovation, or solution acceleration. * Experience facilitating and leading collaborative processes. * Excellent technical writing, organizational, and analytical skills. * Ability to lead teams and maintain high efficiency in complex environments. * Availability for rapid meetings and deliverables (fast-paced environment). * Proficiency in management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalents). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with acceleration programs and social entrepreneurship. * Knowledge of Theory U, HCD, or Design Thinking. * Experience with municipal or federal projects, the National Food and Nutrition Security System (SISAN), or public policies related to food and nutrition. **Benefits:** No benefit specified
