We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and highly accountable **Product Owner (PO)** to lead the development and continuous enhancement of our **in-house CRM**. Our platform is the core of an operation serving the entire national territory across the **vehicle subscription and loan origination** markets. If you value autonomy, thrive in the agile environment of a startup, and want to see the real-world impact of your work at the frontline, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Backlog Management and Prioritization:** Collect, refine, and prioritize product requirements to ensure the technology team focuses on what delivers the highest business value and operational efficiency. * **Technical Refinement and User Story Writing:** Translate business needs into clear user stories, objective acceptance criteria, and logical workflows for the development team. * **Evolution of the In-House CRM:** Continuously map pain points from user departments (Customer Support, Sales, Credit, Operations) to design improvements and automations across service onboarding workflows. * **Product Roadmap:** Collaborate with stakeholders and the tech team to define and track the roadmap, ensuring visibility into timelines and deliverables. * **Metrics and Quality Assurance:** Monitor delivery performance metrics (velocity, on-time delivery rate, bug count) and validate developed features prior to production release (UAT). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential (What You Must Have):** ---------------------------------------- * Proven experience working as a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager in technology companies or startups. * Hands-on experience in the **development, evolution, or implementation of CRM systems**, or operational/sales pipeline management tools. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and activity management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar). * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to negotiate priorities across diverse departments and professional profiles. * Analytical mindset with ability to map processes and propose logical, automated solutions for complex systems. **Nice-to-Have (A Plus If You Have):** ---------------------------------------------- * Prior knowledge or experience in the **Fintech, Credit/Loans**, or **Automotive/Mobility** sectors. * Familiarity with database logic (SQL queries), API integrations, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.). **Additional Information** * **Employment Model:** Service Contract (PJ) with fixed monthly fee. * **Work Format:** Initially on-site (focused on cultural immersion, product understanding, and team alignment), transitioning gradually and by mutual agreement to a **Hybrid** model. * **Career Path:** A structured professional growth framework designed to scale with the startup, offering real opportunities to take on new challenges and lead expanding scopes as the team and product grow. * **Work Environment:** Flat, dynamic, results-driven culture with a strong collaborative spirit.
