This person will be responsible for transforming business needs, user pain points, and improvement opportunities into clear, well-structured, and executable priorities—ensuring alignment among stakeholders, technology, and company objectives. We seek a senior professional who can actively drive development and delivery, organize product routines, and sustain delivery direction. This person is expected to decide on priorities, detail scope, facilitate agile ceremonies, improve team flow, and ensure deliveries generate real business value. Practical use of AI as a work copilot is also essential—accelerating activities such as writing, refinement, requirement structuring, analysis, contextual synthesis, and productivity gains in product operations and release notes. **Role Mission** Ensure the technology and delivery team continuously works on the most relevant initiatives for the business—with clarity, cadence, focus, and execution quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead product prioritization based on business value, user impact, effort, risk, and dependencies. * Translate strategic objectives into backlog items, initiatives, epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria. * Lead the product delivery team, promoting alignment, rhythm, and execution focus. * Facilitate agile ceremonies for the squad—including planning, refinement, review, retrospective, and daily stand-ups—ensuring objectivity and productivity. * Continuously and healthily organize, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap and backlog. * Write and structure functional requirements clearly enough to guide development. * Work closely with the technology team to remove ambiguities, support decisions, and unblock execution. * Align expectations with stakeholders and ensure shared understanding of scope, priority, risks, and deliveries. * Monitor delivery progress and ensure adherence to business objectives. * Support roadmap definition and the breakdown of priorities into executable deliveries. * Use AI tools as a copilot to accelerate product-related activities—including documentation, refinement, analysis, and communication. * Track delivery metrics and outcomes to guide course corrections and product evolution. **Expected Daily Routine** Day-to-day, this professional will serve as the primary product reference for the squad, responsible for directing deliveries and sustaining execution routines. Their routine will include stakeholder alignment, understanding business demands and objectives, initiative prioritization, backlog refinement, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting the technology team during execution, and monitoring delivery outcomes. They are also expected to practically apply AI in daily work—to accelerate document creation, organize context, improve requirement quality, support analysis, and boost operational productivity.
