In this role, you will be the focal point for transforming and ***elevating the security level of our solutions***, starting by ensuring a bulletproof and fluid checkout journey for the end user. As fraud prevention challenges (such as *Account Takeover*) and authentication expand beyond payment, your mission will be to optimize existing journeys and bring this strategic view of trust, identity, and protection to other fronts and tribes of the platform — always finding the ideal balance between maximum security and a frictionless user experience. **What will your day-to-day be like as a Senior Product Designer here?** * Lead the process of discovery, definition, and design of innovative solutions, from identifying opportunities to validation and implementation. * Conduct user research, data analysis, and usability testing to understand user and business needs, and to ground design decisions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to plan and execute projects, defining scope, priorities, and schedules. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, using design tools such as Figma. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprints, retrospectives) and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. * Present design solutions to stakeholders and defend your decisions based on data and solid arguments. * Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Monitor performance metrics and project results, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. **What do you need to know to join our Product team?** * Solid experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates successful projects and business impact. * Deep knowledge of design thinking, agile methodologies, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). * Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. * Strategic vision and the ability to connect user needs with business objectives. * Proactivity, autonomy, and passion for learning and staying up to date with market trends. **It will be a show of difference if you have:** * Experience in designing complex and scalable systems. * Knowledge of service design and user journey. * Ability to create animations and microinteractions. * Experience using AI to optimize your day and expand your scope of work **Work model**: Remote **Sympla prioritizes diversity and plurality.** We believe that a diverse team is essential for innovation and success.
