As part of the IoT team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in production, testing, and failure analysis of our embedded devices, driving efficiency, quality, and scalability. **Daily challenges you’ll face:** Create and manage manufacturing processes for Turbi equipment and accessories (harnesses, cases, relays, etc); Manage product lifecycle; Maintain and present IoT area productivity metrics; Develop automation test processes (jigs), repair, and rework techniques — both internally and with external partners; Manage schedules and technical documentation (RMP, BOMs, ITs, Requirements); Conduct technical training for field teams; Lead continuous improvement projects; Develop and apply quality and productivity methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, IPC); **Must-have qualifications:** Proficiency in electronic manufacturing processes (SMT line) and key standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721); Operation of electronic analysis equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, bench power supply); Operation of soldering and rework equipment (soldering station, microscope, etc.), with focus on SMT; Skills in electronic failure analysis and repair; Ability to read and interpret schematics; Schedule and action plan management; Spreadsheet and dashboard tools (Excel, PowerBI, Google Sheets, Looker); Task and project monitoring tools (Jira); Chronoanalysis techniques and process management methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma); Process and product documentation (RMP, ITs, POP, Requirements, BOM); **Nice-to-have qualifications:** IPC-A-610 certification; IPC-J-STD-001 certification; IPC-7711/7721 certification; Lean Green Belt; Six Sigma Green Belt; Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), flowcharts; Programming in C, C++ or Python for test scripts and jigs; Experience in automotive electronics manufacturing; Experience in automotive equipment homologation processes; What does Turbi offer you? + Highly competitive market salary (PJ); + Sulamérica Health Plan; + Bradesco Dental Plan; + Gympass; + TurbiFree R$1,000 monthly; + Paid vacation (30 days) after 12 months; + Birthday DayOff. **Work Location:** São Paulo – on-site for the first three months.
