Responsibilities: * Manage procurement and contracting processes, contract amendments, and claims related to infrastructure and/or industrial construction/equipment services. * Prepare and analyze comparative proposal evaluation matrices, develop schedules, cash flow forecasts, Unit Price Composition (CPU), Overhead and Indirect Costs (BDI), analyze and prepare direct and indirect costs, monitor field progress of contracts/projects, and conduct Cost Breakdown analyses for proposal validation. * Read and interpret engineering drawings such as layouts, arrangement plans, diagrams, data sheets, specifications, technical memoranda, and other related documents. * Conduct technical evaluation of proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications, as well as development of risk matrices for procurement processes. * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure commercially competitive terms aligned with internal policies. * Develop procurement strategies to optimize costs and timelines. * Serve as the procurement interface in pricing strategies and negotiations coordinated with Legal, Tax, Insurance, Finance, ESG, and other departments. * Monitor supplier performance indicators and propose continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the sector. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Systems Knowledge: Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Word, Microsoft Office (other tools desirable), MS Project, ERP (SAP ECC and Ariba preferred). Technical Competencies: Experience in budgeting infrastructure services and industrial construction/equipment; engineering project knowledge; project management and supervision; direct costs; indirect costs; unit price composition; BDI; contractual risk analysis; detailed project scheduling; contract and annex interpretation; reading and interpreting technical documents; infrastructure contract management, including tax, insurance, penalties, bonuses, safety, environmental, and occupational health matters in procurement processes. **Additional Information** *Our inspired professionals share our vision and mission.
