Join us!** **Job Responsibilities and Tasks** * Manage acquisition, development and implementation of new assembly lines, testing and integration with robots. * Programming of Siemens S7 PLC, HMI and robots. * Management and optimization of pressing, handling, screwing, pressure testing, leak testing, electrical testing and vision system processes. * Work on processes involving SMD. * Implementation and integration of supervisory systems, SCADA, SQL. * Machine design, creation of 3D and 2D drawings. * Project management, team leadership and interface with suppliers and customers. * Interpretation of dimensional reports, laboratory reports and CEP studies. * Process validation and quality systems IATF 16949\. * Develop layout and process flow studies. * Ensure achievement of process KPIs (OEE, FTQ, Scrap, Productivity). * Propose and execute cycle time optimization projects, rejection reduction and ergonomics improvement. * Work together with cross-functional teams. * Support daily factory activities. **Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Experience: Minimum of 10 proven years as a leader in new process development. * Languages: Fluent English (mandatory). * Mandatory Technical Skills: PLC, HMI, robot programming; Office Suite, MS Project, Power BI. * Availability: Shift work\* and international travel. **Workplace** Hortolândia/SP \- 100% onsite. **What we offer** * UNIMED Medical Assistance (national coverage, co-payment based on usage, extendable to legal dependents); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (national coverage, co-payment, extendable to legal dependents); * Basic food basket; * Onsite cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing).
