Assess third parties and draft contractual data protection clauses We seek a professional responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the privacy program, guaranteeing that personal data processing complies with legislation and internal governance, through updating data maps and records, supporting projects (privacy by design), assessing third parties and contracts, conducting impact assessments, and guiding departments in managing data protection risks. **Responsibilities:** * Update the data map and records of processing activities * Monitor compliance of personal data processing activities * Support projects involving personal data, ensuring privacy by design * Assess third parties and partners from a data protection perspective * Review and draft data protection clauses in contracts **Requirements:** * Education: Law, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Protection, Privacy, and Digital Law is desirable. * Solid knowledge of LGPD, data lifecycle, data mapping and processing records, legal bases, RIPD and LIA, as well as basic information security concepts applied to data protection. Ability to review contracts focusing on personal data clauses, draft policies, procedures and training materials, and proficiency in Office/Spreadsheets. * Availability to work onsite in São Paulo - SP (Vila Olímpia)
