We seek a professional with strong expertise in SAP PP/QM to join the team of one of our clients. **Responsibilities:** Position\-yourself and interact with business analysts and the client's end-user department to correctly understand reported issues or service requests; Plan and coordinate the execution of service requests with the development team; Provide continuous feedback to the client's users regarding the status of incidents and service requests; Perform unit and integration testing, as needed, to ensure deliverables conform to the validated scope; Propose and lead process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation actions; Evaluate and analyze user requests through testing and diagnostics of potential failures and/or impacts, aiming to ensure system stability; Handle incidents opened by the client's users related to SAP modules. **Requirements:** Proven experience in SAP implementation or AMS projects on SAP S/4HANA.
