We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our work model is remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Work consultatively with clients to understand business needs and propose Power Platform-based solutions * Lead discovery phases, requirements gathering, and technical solution definition (HLD) * Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications * Define and evolve solution architectures using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse * Design and implement integrations with APIs, Azure, Microsoft 365, and legacy systems * Provide technical leadership in development, serving as a reference for the team * Ensure technical quality, best practices, governance, and scalability of solutions * Conduct technical reviews (code reviews and design reviews) * Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) * Collaborate with stakeholders to align business, product, and technology objectives * Support clients in continuously evolving solutions post-delivery **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse) * Experience designing solution architectures and defining best practices * Experience with governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) * Knowledge of security (RBAC) and environment management * Experience with integrations (REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure, Microsoft 365) * Experience working consultatively, with direct client and stakeholder interaction * Ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops, and technical alignment meetings * Experience in technical leadership or serving as a technical reference within teams * Knowledge of JavaScript and JSON for customizations Analytical, structured profile with strong ability to translate business needs into technology * Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) * Experience in digital transformation projects * Experience in consulting firms or complex, cross-functional environments * Cloud knowledge (especially Azure) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of Python or C# (.NET) * Experience with corporate Power Platform governance (Center of Excellence – CoE) **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Leadership interview * Hiring
