Mentoring and influencing the technical roadmap Description: * 47 years of experience developing backend PHP/Laravel applications in production environments; * Strong experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and relational databases (SQL); * Solid experience in API architecture and third-party system integrations (webhooks, queues, etc.); * Proficiency in Laravel (jobs, events, queues, caching, observers, traits, domain boundaries, etc.); * Expertise in architecture and engineering patterns (PSR, SOLID, light DDD, decoupled modules); * Extensive experience with automated testing (unit/feature) and advanced production troubleshooting; * API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger; * Application security expertise (authorization, authentication, OWASP, mitigation of common attacks); * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and structured code review; * Experience with monitoring, metrics, and observability (structured logs, tracing, SLO/SLA); * Experience with performance optimization (queries, caching, queues, throughput limits); * Practical experience with complementary persistence solutions (e.g., Redis, Elastic, or other NoSQL) in real-world scenarios; * Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs (time, cost, risk, complexity) in architectural decisions; * Prior experience with SaaS/data-driven products, with a platform-oriented mindset—not just feature delivery.
