You will play a key role in technical design, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and integrations—ensuring scalability, security, quality, and performance within a rapidly growing production environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, enhance, and maintain robust, scalable back\-end services using PHP/Laravel; * Lead technical decisions and support the definition of platform service architecture; * Anticipate performance, security, and cost bottlenecks, proposing sustainable architectural solutions; * Lead integrations with internal and external systems, defining contracts and integration standards; * Diagnose production incidents (SLA / RCA), implementing structural fixes—not just quick patches; * Define and enforce engineering standards (logging, versioning, modularization, testing, observability); * Influence the technical roadmap: identify technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and propose platform enhancements; * Mentor and support less experienced developers, promoting best practices in architecture and coding; * Collaborate with DevOps to ensure automation, traceability, security, and compliance in production; * Partner with Product to translate business requirements into clear, performant, and secure technical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 4–7 years of production back\-end development experience with PHP/Laravel; * Strong experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and relational databases (SQL); * Solid experience in API architecture and third-party system integrations (webhooks, queues, etc.); * Proficiency in Laravel (jobs, events, queues, caching, observers, traits, domain boundaries, etc.); * Expertise in architecture and engineering patterns (PSR, SOLID, light DDD, loosely coupled modules); * Extensive experience with automated testing (unit/feature) and advanced production troubleshooting; * API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger; * Strong application security knowledge (authorization, authentication, OWASP, mitigation of common attacks); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and structured code reviews; * Experience with monitoring, metrics, and observability (structured logs, tracing, SLO/SLA); * Experience optimizing performance (queries, caching, queues, throughput limits); * Hands-on experience with complementary persistence layers (e.g., Redis, Elastic, or other NoSQL) in real-world scenarios; * Ability to evaluate technical trade\-offs (time, cost, risk, complexity) in architectural decisions; * Prior experience with SaaS/data\-driven products and platform-oriented thinking—not just feature delivery. ***Nice-to-Haves*** * Experience with Node.js—we have occasional projects using this stack alongside Laravel; * Event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS); * Cloud (AWS) and infrastructure as code; * Practical experience with modular monoliths or high-availability platforms. **Additional Information** Caju Benefit Health Insurance Gympass Birthday Day Off Transportation Allowance This is what drives us at **77Sol**!
