Ensure production control, traceability, and operational efficiency **SENIOR PCP ANALYST** **Hortolândia/SP** Industry of Implements and Vacuum Systems Your mission will be: To structure and consolidate the company's PCP, focusing on creation and revision of technical specifications, product master data, structures (BOM), manufacturing routings, and integration between engineering and shop floor, ensuring production control, traceability, and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Structure and revise technical specifications and product master data in the ERP. * Create and maintain technical lists (BOM) and material explosion. * Develop and update manufacturing routings according to shop-floor processes. * Perform production order reporting and control. * Monitor machine load and productive capacity. * Support engineering in project transition to production. * Work directly on the shop floor validating times, processes, and production flow. * Implement and monitor production KPIs (OTD, efficiency, rework, lead time). * Ensure integration among procurement, inventory, and production via MRP. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in production planning and scheduling. Required Technical Profile * Solid experience in industrial PCP. * Experience in product and process structuring. * Experience in creating BOMs and production routings. * Knowledge of MRP. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Experience in metallurgical industry, road implements, or industrial equipment. * Practical shop-floor experience.
