**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Serve internal and external customers in import processes; Open and manage import processes in the system; Issue and verify documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Import Declaration/DUIMP, LPCO); Classify goods for tax purposes (NCM) and perform technical product analysis; Calculate costs and support billing activities; Oversee end-to-end import processes (from origin to destination and customs clearance); Support audits, cargo inspections, and document control; Manage financial operations (foreign exchange, AFRMM, ICMS, CE Mercante); Plan logistics (international/domestic freight, container loading/unloading and return); Negotiate and manage contracts with ports, transportation companies, and EADIs; Manage cargo insurance and claims; Organize and archive import files. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in foreign trade operations, imports and exports; Knowledge of national and international customs and commercial regulations; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Commissions, Meal voucher
