Participate in external audits and monitor quality indicators **Senior Operational Excellence Analyst** Location: Itupeva Salary: R$ 5\.500,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 16:48 On-site meal (R$ 2.50 daily deduction) Shuttle service (6% deduction) **Main Responsibilities:** * Guide departments in drafting and registering quality documents * Control documents via computerized system * Train users on document and nonconformance management systems * Participate in the management review of the quality management system * Develop and monitor the annual internal audit plan * Conduct product, process, and system audits * Participate in external audits with the certification body * Monitor quality indicators and statistics * Analyze customer complaints * Propose corrective action plans and process improvement initiatives * Support the 5S program * Deliver quality-related training sessions **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * ISO 9001 internal auditor certification * Problem-solving techniques * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Advanced English and Spanish * Knowledge of time study and/or MTM (preferred) Job Type: Temporary Compensation: R$5\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
