**About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Senior Occupational Safety Technician responsible for analyzing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices, strategically preventing risks, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and promoting a safety culture among employees and third parties. * Proven experience in risk prevention, with ability to analyze work environments and processes and propose effective improvements * In-depth knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and occupational safety and health (OSH) legislation, applied practically to ensure compliance * Management of safety programs and routines (inspections, controls, preventive and corrective actions) * Advisory role with internal departments, guiding leaders, employees, and third parties * Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and suggesting continuous improvements * Incident/accident investigation and management, including root cause analysis and action plans * Knowledge of environmental aspects and occupational health (including support for Emergency Action Plans and environmental impacts) * Strong communication and influence skills to promote a safety culture * Documentation organization and control within the area Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Dental care plan * SESC membership benefits * Telemedicine * Meal allowance or basic food basket
