Our commitment is to deliver scalable, customized solutions that make a difference in people's lives. ### **About the position:** You will be responsible for developing and evolving the university’s **mobile applications**, used by students and faculty to access academic content, enroll in courses, track subjects, receive notifications, complete assessments, and communicate institutionally. These are mission-critical applications handling a **high volume of concurrent users**, with emphasis on stability, user experience, and integration with academic systems and learning management platforms (LMS). ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve mobile applications using **Flutter**. * Define and ensure best practices in **mobile architecture, performance, and security**. * Integrate apps with **APIs and academic systems**. * Ensure high code quality, thorough testing, and maintainability. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the team. * Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams. * Identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements. * Support release decisions, versioning, and app store publishing. * Guarantee an excellent user experience in large-scale environments. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience as a **Senior or Specialist Flutter Mobile Developer**. * Proficiency in **Flutter and Dart**. * Experience building **Android and iOS apps** using Flutter. * Strong knowledge of **mobile architecture** (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM). * Experience consuming **REST APIs**. * Familiarity with **state management** (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar). * Experience with source control (Git). * Hands-on experience publishing and maintaining apps on app stores. * Ability to serve as a technical reference within the team. ### **Not mandatory, but valued:** * Experience with educational apps, LMS, or content platforms. * Knowledge of **Firebase** (Auth, Push, Analytics, Crashlytics). * Experience with **automated testing** (unit and widget tests). * Exposure to **CI/CD for mobile**. * Understanding of mobile accessibility. * Experience operating in high-scale environments with many concurrent users. ### **What we offer:** * PJ (individual contractor) employment model and fully remote work * TotalPass * Autonomous, results-driven, and continuously learning environment * Meaningful projects with real technological and innovative challenges Opportunity to work with cloud, generative AI, modern architecture; certification incentives (e.g., AWS); and career development * ### **What it’s like to work at Skopia?** Results, creativity, pragmatism, and commitment are the pillars guiding our culture.
