Would you like to join our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba **Function:** Supply Chain / Logistics **Title:** Senior Materials Cost Analyst \- SG06 \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 118950 In this role, you will join the ETEC Brasil team, working with the Indaiatuba/SP team. Your main responsibilities will be to identify and lead the implementation of cost reduction opportunities in direct materials supply, ensuring high delivery service levels and quality improvement. We seek proactive professionals with analytical thinking, results orientation, discipline in meeting deadlines, and strong relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities * Continuously lead identification of cost reduction opportunities with local buyers and other Brazilian units, considering resourcing possibilities, material changes (in coordination with John Deere’s Materials Engineering team), and part number harmonization across Region 3 factories—covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity items, from standard materials to welded/machined assemblies. * Aggregate and analyze data using predefined tools, methods, and formats. This involves working independently. * Identify trends, summarize results, provide feedback on execution of existing contracts, and contribute to new processes in negotiations and/or renegotiations. * Support the unit’s procurement team in tracking DPARs, PPAPs, and processing ECMs. Required Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Advanced English: broad vocabulary, solid grammar, ability to conduct meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, general formulas, charts) * Supply chain knowledge and prior experience working with suppliers * Experience with SAP MM module * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on an occasional basis * Technical drawing knowledge * CAD system proficiency (AutoCAD, Creo), without requirement for modeling What Sets You Apart * Advanced Excel (VBA programming or macros) * Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau * Power Platform: intermediate knowledge and development of some solutions * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, problem-solving tools, Quality tools, and 5S tools * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology * Knowledge/experience in Materials Planning, SAP, and Production * Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes **Our Key Benefits** * Variable compensation * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Private pension plan * Optical benefit * Vaccine reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, you may have an on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more \#LI\-Hybrid **Our Selection Process** Selection begins with your application; for some positions, additional assessments may apply.
